You need to turn off show full headers. I don't know what the
command is in moutain lion, but every release of osx as the ability
to view full headers, this is what you're seeing. Whenever you
forward emails to admins for tracking, or for spam catchers, you
should always show full headers first.
This is a simple toggle in the mail program somewhere, though I can't
say where on mountain lion, as I've never used it.
