Hello,

I do not believe Voice-Over supports this functionality under the Mac. You
cannot use function keys, command, option or control keys as it is possible
under windows using the JFW program. This is because Voice-Over has not got the
functionality where the Windows Screen reader has it built in.

You can set up shortcut keys within Voice-over for those commands you want to
use. This is the work around. But you cannot use a keyboard combination to
generate the above mention keys with another key.

If I am in error, please correct.
