Actually iTunes is one of the easiest pieces of softwares to use. Think of the devices list as a tree thing. and the list on the right changing or disappearing and being replaced by something else depending on what's on the left. Under podcasts you have your podcast lists that are expanded or collapsed under each podcast are your episodes. so hit enter to play one of you want to download it control click and hit enter on download all. or download episode depending on if you want to do one or all. YOu can subscribe to podcasts via the iTunes store or by manually pasting in the address. This option can be found under the advanced menu. simply paste in the rss feed to the podcast for example http://gwenna.podbean.com/feeds and you will then be presented with her podcast, if it is still up.
Hope this helps. just play with it and if you have any questions don't forget to write the list back.
