I have only used Vmware Fusion recently, and I found that allowing the
virtual machines to use 4 CPUs provides the best, almost near native
results, regardless of the memory. Also, Fusion provides Windows Easy
Install, meaning that you can install Windows, along with Vmware Tools,
totally unattended in some cases, particularly if your guest is Windows
Vista or later. As far as I am concerned, Fusion is much easier and
safer than going down the Bootcamp root.

gb of RAM for the OS. If you are going to use 64 bit then you require 4 gb. So

1. There is an article in the archives that discusses about remapping keys
within the Mac and Windows. Edsharp is the app for windows to remap keys. The
reason for this is that the Mac does not have a insert key and you cannot use
the caps lock key while Voice over is on within Windows. Voice-Over doesn't
pass the key through.
2. Turn off all shortcut keys within the VMWare configuration.
3. Only use a 1 CPU. You do not get any advantage with more then 1.
4. Set up share and access your documents from the VMWare share. This allows
you to access them from windows or the Mac.
5. Install vmware tools in the guess OS.
Other then this, there is not much more to do.

have tuns of questions and I want to be respectful of the list and not
clutter it up too much for people who might be uninterested.
As I understand it, I should have at least 4 gb of ram, I need windows
7 or 8 the regular version and not windows for mac, and I should
install JAWS on my windows side of my mac so that I can use it when I
need to use a windows program. Is there anything else I should know
before installing? And how hard is it to install and set up.
