Hi Courtney, The answer to your question depends on how you define "accessible."
While the "drive.google.com" website has some of google's typical accessibility issues, the Google Drive App is one of Google's more accessible offerings on several platforms. I'm using it on a Mac and two IOS devices and have found it to be very usable with VoiceOver. On the Mac it will add an item named "Google Drive" to the Finder's sidebar, and this will work like most other folders, allowing you to copy files back and forth. It also adds an accessible icon in the status bar. The menu drop-down from that icon contains sync status info, account info, and an accessible preferences pane where you can define files and folders to sync or exclude. If you use Google's partially-accessible Google Docs suite, you can open and attempt to edit those documents as listed in the Finder as opposed to needing to go through the google docs or google drive website every time. The IOS version of the Google Drive App is also accessible but doesn't currently give you the ability to copy file types other than Google Docs or photos and videos stored in your library. It does allow you to create, read and attempt to edit google docs though. My comments are based on the following versions: Google Drive Mac App version 1.5.3449.3345; IOS App version 1.1.1.1903, Mac OS 10.8.2, IOS 6.
