After adding the server wit the first button in the drawer select it in the table using its radio button. then stop interact with table and drawer.
Next, move to the tab that will be called untitled, give the server a name and configure it to be set to shout cast. I don't think V2 is in there but set it to shout cast and fill out the fields.
