Press enter on the message, VO left arrow to "Message headers" Interact with VO shift down arrow,, VO right arrow to the menu, VO space and then click save all or save specific attachment. Then, You can find it in finder.
Yes, messy and long but it works. There is a command to open the attachment but it always crashes with everyone I know.
