You can purchase and download Mac OS X Mountain Lion from the Mac App store:

You might want to read the archived list posts on creating a bootable clone on 
a USB memory stick if you're downloading this for the first time.  Generally, 
the dmg image that you'd use for this will disappear from your machine once the 
full installation is complete, so be aware of this.  I use Carbon Copy Cloner 
to create a bootable clone from the dmg image, but there are other methods, 
including using the free (donationware) Lion DiskMaker app.
