I don't think so. Think of all mail as your posy folder. that is if you messed up and whipped everything out in a folder you can go grab it from the all mail folder. there sis a way to remove it from your list in gmail so that your client does not see it but since google removed most of the google labs features I'm not sure that folder management thing exists anymore under the settings part of the web site.
