Hello Danny

Where in GarageBand do you add them? We have a four-octave keyboard which only
works with GarageBand; would that let us do what we want?

Thanks.

In garage band you can add vertuel instruments out of the box from either a
vertual keyboard mapped on the qwerty or on a control keyboard with no trouble.
Guitar bass drums piano synth strings brass etc plus use all sorts of loops. GB
comes with a lot of vertual instruments and loops and there are several themed
jam packs you can add. Also, so long as there compatible formats you can add
third party fx loops and vertual instruments.

Danny.
