Hi Jim, I can point you to the link that John Panarese gave in his article last year, for a VGA to NTSC converter that would work, but that requires connecting it to the end of a mini display port VGA adaptor (i.e., you're using two cables, one Apple cable that goes from the mini display port to a VGA, and the second VGA to NTSC that is sold by Sewell Electronics). You don't describe the model of Mac Mini Server you are using, or what connectors it takes. It's possible that with the new Mac Minis there may be a different connector required, although I've read that the Apple mini display port to VGA connectors are backwards compatible with the newer Thunderbolt connectors used on the most recent devices. (This was in response to a question at the Apple Store about which connector to use to get VGA out from a Thunderbolt port). If that is the case, it may be possible to use the same 2-cable setup that John did.
