I have one of these guys and I love it.
First, not to mention a relatively basic point, but the Magic Trackpad
does run on two AA batteries.
If you have connection problems, remove the paring from your Mac's Bluetooth
preferences and allow it to find the trackpad again. I tend to have this issue
after I change the batteries or if I boot between my Mini and one of my
external volumes with Lion or Snow Leopard.
