I use it with out any problems. Under the accessibility mode all buttons and 
controls are labeled and I have memorized which unknown controls go with what. 
but you are right and I have contacted them to see that it is accessible and 
they say Oh we'll do it as soon as we make other clients accessible, that is, 
it's pretty low on our priority list.  and I've been contacting them for the 
last 2 years for this. Try contacting them and seeing yourself.¬ Good luck.
