I'm trying to do some recording in Amadeus pro and have come across an issue someone may be able to help with. I'm using a pare of ear pods but assume any miked head set will work the same way. I want to be able to record using the MBP built in microphone but can't seem to find a way of selecting it in the recording tab in preferences. I get source external microphone and Port built in in the table. I'm not even quite sure if this is something to do with Amadeus or ML. Is there a way I can select the internal microphone whilst still using the ear pods? I know I can use ordinary head phones which in a real recording situation at home I will do but if I'm out and want to get something down, I won't have my monitoring cans with me and having the MBP mike will work far better in most situations then the rather shabby one built into the ear pods..
