If you have the dropbox link, in Safari, do command l and then paste it in and
press enter. It should download automatically. If it's an mp3 or another
uncompressed audio file though, it may start playing instead. There was a tip
on how to change a dropbox link name to force media files to download rather
than playing on list a while ago but I don't have it on hand I'm sorry.

The other solution is to install dropbox and if you plan on sharing files with
this person, share a folder and then anything they or you put in that shared
folder will be automatically shared with everyone else sharing the folder.

If you decide to install dropbox, there are very good instructions easily found
on google on how to install it properly with voiceover.

I simply googled,
"install dropbox +voiceover
and it came up as the first or one of the first hits.

As the Mac Access Dot Net administrators, we do our very best to ensure that
the Mac-Access E-Mal list remains malware, spyware, Trojan, virus and
worm-free. However, this should in no way replace your own security strategy.
We assume neither liability nor responsibility should something unpredictable
happen.
