I forgot what format 1 does and I'm not hauling my text book out to look. uckelly my teacher is not on this list lol!
anyways just copy the midi file from the finder to the clip board and paste it at the beginning of the track in garaga band. it will import all tracks. It will not how ever retain any tempo changes you have put in as it does not for me even with the other formats of midi. It sucks. Anyways Hope that somewhat helps. Take care.
