You are not making sense.  Either your so-important announcement is
important to everyone, then please post it here and be done with.
Or it is just interesting to a limit group of people, then I guess you
could just send it to them as you likely know whom it will interest?

You could at least hint at what you are trying to communicate, so people
would at least know if they want to ask you for it or not.
