Hi all

OK, this is absolutely creasy. I have totally revamped our iTunes library and
iTunes is doing some really stupid things. Firstly, if I add an album to
iTunes manually, then turn on iCloud, I end us with every single item on the
album duplicated. Not only does it list the tracks twice, but it also creates
copies of every single track on the album. So, I end up with my iTunes library
double the size it should be.

To make matters worse, nothing I do will have iTunes create a playlist. If I
use the "New Playlist" menu, nothing happens. It just jumps back to the album
grid and there's no sign of any playlist, blank or otherwise.

It seems to me that Apple has released a totally botched application here. If
I can find some way to have my tracks converted to CD quality I plan to ditch
iTunes totally at this time, because it's causing me more trouble than anything
else.
