It is a standard file open dialogue.
Make sure that disclosure is checked.
Then I use VO End to jump to the end of the dialogue.
Then VO left until you hear browser then interact with this and you will be
in a standard finder navigation window. You can navigate to either files or
whole folders here. here. Vo Space on the folder or file you want and then
it should be imported straight away.
By the way I find column view in Finder massively easier than any other
interface.
It makes navigating files and folder a complete breeze.
