HI. In answer to the support question, yes, absolutely although when doing the original set up you don't need to use the utility, simply go to the Wireless options within settings and you'll see the base station and can set it up from there. Once set up the utility allows you to do some additional configuration,n which you may or may not want to do. Just be aware that with some routers you need to give the express a static IP address, but for sure initially I'd just follow your nose and see how things go.
