There is the trainer. Use it when you get the mac. In fact there is a nice 
little prompt that talks about it at the beginning. here is a gander of what 
the truing mode sounds like.

If you ever need to access it again simply from any ware hit control option 
command f8. I didn't finish the training as for some reason one of the commands 
would not work. but I did not want to make this long and boring either lol!
