I don't have a sonos system so I can't test the app for sure yet. From
the looks of it when I open the app voiceover is reading all the
buttons and controls  so I think it is accessible but the only way to
tell for sure is if I had a sonos system and had it set up on the app
then I could say for sure it is very accessible.
