I tend to have the best luck when I am using the headset. You can just
click the button to click over and back. But without them lay the phone
flat, double tap with your fingers slightly spaced, then do this exact tap
again when you finish your other call. One thing I can say is that if the
second person you talked to hands up first this double tap can hang you up
on the first caller. So once the second person clicks off, you can flick
around on the screen and you will find the hold button with your first
persons name there, double tap on the hold and you will be back with them.

Hi Everyone,
Thanks to all who weighed in on this! So, if I am understanding this
correctly, when I'm talking to someone and a call comes in, I two-finger
double-tap on the screen? Then, if I end the second call, I should be
back with the first person I was talking to? Have I got it right? Thanks
so much!
Desi

Hello. I put my phone out of speaker and quickly flick to end call and
answer and double tap it. It's not easy but it will work better if you
are in ear buds.
Take care
