sometimes there are errors like php errors on the page, or sometimes like in some cases with a download page the html area really is empty. It all depends on what the website person did. Try reloading the page and if that helps then it's a voice over issue or a caching problem with safari itself. if that does not help check your downloads list or check to see if there is a php error that the coder never fixed.
