Hi Brenda, This is a late reply to your question about a recorder for your iPhone. While I don't think there's any app that lets you "record anywhere in the system -- not only voice, but radio, too?", one suggestion for radio programs is that you use an app like Ootunes that can save recordings of radio programs in the app.
I believe that Courtney has used a program called "DiskAid" to transfer the recordings made in the Ootunes radio app from her iPhone to her computer. Since she's on list these days, maybe she can comment on whether this is still a good solution.
