I am trying to help a friend pair her Apex with an iPad II. We were too slow and the iPad told us that pairing took too long. When we tried again, the Apex had disappeared from the device list. I don't know how to get it back! I have shut down everything and powered back up, but the iPad is still not detecting the Apex. Any suggestions would be most appreciated! Thanks in advance!
