I've seen this happen before, so you're definitely not the first person
who's had this problem. I'd do your option+T to move to the transfers
table, interact with it, find the file, then vo+shift+M on it. I think
there is a delete option in there to remove it from the queue. If nothing
else, just hit your delete key on it, and see if that makes it go away.
If redownloading it doesn't work, I hate telling you this, but you might
have to delete the file in the finder from your downloads, then redownload
the file again from scratch ground 1.
I know it's a pain in the kneck, but, yeah. Usually, I've found Sendspace
to be fairly stable over all, but not really anymore. I actually for a time
worked as a private developer with Sendspace. Not only was I never
compensated for my work, as they promised me I would be, but the main point
of contact I had that was basically my manager/supervisor, just fell off the
planet, and quit responding to any of my messages.
Frankly, yes, the passwords to log in to the back end of their servers do
still work when I try, but I'm not totally sure if I'm authorized any longer
to be fumbling around in there, so I only log in now adays if it's a very
last resort, or if someone has issues, and support refuses to, or doesn't
for what ever reason take over and fix things.
If you don't get things working, write me off list with your user name, and
I'll look on the back end in their logs, and see if I may can figure out
what's going on. Let's not do that though unless it be a very last resort.
Chris.

Subject: Problem with send space wizard on a mac
Hello all. i am trying to download a folder in send space on a mac. It is
running the latest OS. This is the second folder I tried to get and the
first one worked fine. This one gets up to 99.99 percent and then seems to
stop. it still says it is downloading though. Any ideas on what might be
causing this? Do I need to clear the cue and start again? if so how?
Thanks for any help.
Matt
