Hi listers and fellow mail users, I read many messages from many lists. I would love to change the way VO reads information to me as I arrow down a long list of messages. I have improved things to some degree but would love some tips on improving productivity a bit more.
I use the new view of Mail and have threads in conversations. When arrowing down I have to hear VO say something like " 15 message conversation triangle unread" I then hear the person's name and then the subject. I would like to hear the Information about number of messages and status last. In many cases hearing the subject would allow me to delete and not bother hearing the other chatter for each and every conversation. I have changed the verbosity to low in a mail activity so I now only hear "15 Message conversation." So this decreases the chatter but moving this information to the end would be a great time saver and make a more pleasant working experience. Does anyone know how to change mail or VO settings to accomplish this? gratefully, Eric Caron <--- Mac Access At Mac Access Dot Net ---> To reply to this post, please address your message to [email protected] You can find an archive of all messages posted to the Mac-Access forum at either the list's own dedicated web archive: <http://mail.tft-bbs.co.uk/pipermail/mac-access/index.html> or at the public Mail Archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/>.
