Thanks Esther, you are very helpful, After going back into the test and buy voices, it asked me again for my password, to which I thought I had entered it already, but after entering it again, I got back to the text, and the voice I bought read it. Cheers. Hi Glenn, I don't use the voices in Prizmo, because I usually export its results to Voice Dream Reader, and use the voices in that app to read. However, I recently got stuck when adding a new voice that did not fully download in Voice Dream Reader, and I was able to get this voice downloaded again by double tapping the "Restore Purchases" button within the app. So my suggestion for getting your American English Tracy voice downloaded in Prizmo is to first try clearing out apps from your App Switcher, in case memory space is a problem, then do: 1. From the main Prizmo screen, do a four finger tap in the bottom half of the screen, or else flick, to move to the "Voice Reader" button that is the last element of the screen, and double tap. 2. On the "Voice Reader" screen, first test that the voice was really not downloaded by moving your finger vertically up from the home button at the bottom of the screen, past the "Test and Buy Voices" button to the "Play" button, and double tapping. If the text does not start reading with your purchased Tracy voice, flick right to the "Test and Buy Voices" button, and double tap. 3. On the "Voice Store" screen, flick right to the "Restore Purchases" button and double tap. At the corresponding point in the Voice Dream Reader app, I received a warning that voices take a long time to download. But eventually I received a notice that the voice finished downloading. The first time, perhaps due to network congestion, the download had just stuck. The second time, after I also cleared out the app switcher, the new voice downloaded in about 10 minutes in Voice Dream Reader. You may get similar behavior in Prizmo. Sorry that I can't tell you what notifications you get when downloading voices in Prizmo 2 on the iPhone, but maybe some other list member can help with that information. HTH.
