Hi Lynne,

Did you put the Apex in Terminal Mode. I don't have an Apex, but a good friend
of mine does, and I was helping her with hers recently. I believe you have to
go into the Connectivity settings on the Apex, put it in terminal Mode, then
proceed as you did with the iPhone. Then choose the Apex on the iPhone, and
once you've double tapped it, you only have a short time to complete the
pairing by entering the pairing code on the phone. I want to say it is 0, 0,
0, 0, without the commas and spaces of course. Then you should hear that
wonderful little sound and the two should be paired. It's getting late here
and I'm very tired, so I hope this makes some sense! If not, maybe someone
else on list will join in and fill in anything I missed! Hope it works!

Cheers!

Desi

PS: I just got my new Brailliant 40 today, and I realize I have much to learn
about using it with VoiceOver on my iMac. I'm having some trouble with screen
navigation. Anyway, there's always something new to learn isn't there?

As the Mac Access Dot Net administrators, we do our very best to ensure that
the Mac-Access E-Mal list remains malware, spyware, Trojan, virus and
worm-free. However, this should in no way replace your own security strategy.
We assume neither liability nor responsibility should something unpredictable
happen.
