If you know the vo key strokes  for getting around in tables such as vo up, 
down, left and right for getting around you are fine. Vo down arrow will take 
you through the column you are on and vo up will take you up the column you are 
on.  This is useful not just in iTunes but almost every ware there is a table. 
I dunno the layout of the downloads part but if there was a download column you 
could have just hit of down arrow on that column and pressed vo space or just 
space  just on the button speeding your task up considerably.
