Hello: I use Pages in both platforms and it just works fine. The only thing, is that when you edit a document in mac and you include certain paragraph stiles, those stiles can not be viewed in Pages for iOS. But it doesn't really matter, as the document it self doesn't change. I find this really useful, because I use my iPad a lot of times during meetings and I love to have my info updated on the go.
