Mail headers are the 2, cc, subject and so forth. There are more then that, but
I don't know how to read them and i've been using computers for about 20 or so
years starting wihtt the apple 2e in 1987. Ok I"m showing my age here but ah
well. You might not need them unless you want to write someone off list hence
why I turn then off.

1. go to the prefs in mail with cmd cama. It's the key below the k key.
2. interact w the tool bar and go to viewing.
3. go to show header detail and vo space on the pop up button and go to none.
and enter to close the pop up.
4. cmd w to close the prefs. I'm working on a premium tutorial on mail and if
you want me to include how to do this I will, when time permits.

Btw you are including a lot of white space in your email and it is fine, but
looks a bit odd in print, I think.

As the Mac Access Dot Net administrators, we do our very best to ensure that
the Mac-Access E-Mal list remains malware, spyware, Trojan, virus and
worm-free. However, this should in no way replace your own security strategy.
We assume neither liability nor responsibility should something unpredictable
happen.
