I don't know why you want to do this but here you go. If yu want to reset yrou key chain then from the finder hit cmd shift g and then you get the dialogue type ~/library/Keychains then hit enter.
Net remove the file called login.keychain I can't remember if there's anything else you need to remove, but empty the trash and your key chain should be empty.
