Linda - When VO reads 'embeded', move the mouse pointer to that spot, by pressing and holding the VO keys, with Command and F5. Then, open the context menu [VO shift and the letter m] and then use the arrow keys to get to save to downloads, you can always move it from there. Anne told me how to do this, and it worked for me, so good luck -
