Sarah,

When I open signatures,

I select the account where I want to put the signature.

Then, I come to the table which right now is empty.

I go to add and press vo space.

Then I type in the name of the signature.

I paste in my signature and when I open a new message, that only shows my
name and email.  
Somehow I am missing something 

Is there a step by step? The help menu doesn't make sense to me. Thank you,
