It's in the verbosity settings under voice over utility under I believe announcements. You can have it play a tone but I'm sure you might be able to hear it with hope vs HOpe, which is one of my more common ones. lol! I have it say misspelled often, or I just spell check toward the end of the what ever it is I'm writing and hope it picks it up.
