Hi Brenda,

It sounds like you're describing the visible options after selecting
the "add" button.  You're on the right track, however before the
dropbox option will appear, you'll need to select the "settings"
button (three buttons to the right of "add") and under the accounts
heading, select "dropbox" and enable it.
