Hi Ann,
Well, I tried your method of getting rid of the preview pane and it worked. Now
though, I can't figure out how to get it back. The help system says that you
can hide or show the preview pane by double clicking on the splitter, but It
only seems to get rid of it, and clicking again won't bring it back. At least,
when I do the double click to breing it back, and the text "message activity"
appears, then VO J won't jump to the message text.

I like the absence of the preview pane, but I might want it back some day and
this just bugs me.
Any help?
