Hi Don I think #1 you have to do through your ISP. #2 Not sure. #3 Interact with messages. Hold down the function, shift and vo keys and use left arrow to go to top of messages and right arrow to go to bottom of messages. Stop interacting and you will be at the one you chose to go to.
