Hello Andy, In Contacts, you can create a new group then copy the appropriate cards to that group, or you can create a new group from the cards you've already selected. These options are in the File menu.
To e-mail a group, interact with the Groups table, navigate to the appropriate group, then get a contextual menu and select Send Email to (name of group). This will open a new message in Mail. This will automatically put the group in the To field, but you can do Cmd-c and paste the group into the BCC field then just delete them from the To field.
