I have tried and failed for hours to transfer my contacts on my Mac over to my iphone 4, which updated to ios 7. My mac is running itunes 11.10 as well.
would someone give me step by step instructions please, as it is just eluding me. I spend a while putting up to date information, in my contacts, on my Mac, thinking I could transfer the most up to date list to my 4 and my 5s when it arrives.
