Evening folks, I can’t take the credit for this one, but it works. Sorting a table of data in Numbers under Mavericks is actually dead easy. It’s also blindingly obvious when you read it.
Here’s the procedure: 1. Firstly, press VO-Vertical bar. 2. Select the Column/row. 3. ON the header you want to sort by, VO-Shift-M for options. 4. then hit VO-vertical bar to exit. of course this Vo-Vertical Bar is used all over the place to sort any number of tables so I should have thought of it.
