Hi Brenda,
To move books in Voice Dream Reader from one folder to another,
1. From the "All Items" home screen, double tap the "Folders" button in the top
left corner.
2. On the "Folders" screen, flick to the folder you wish to move books from and
double tap. (I usually have these outside of folders on the "All Items" screen
and start from there. If you already have folders you set up, and just want to
move books into them, you can skip all the earlier steps and just start at step
3.)
3. Double tap the "Edit" button in the top right corner.
3a. Flick through your books and double tap to select entries. There is also a
"Select all" button in the bottom left corner, and an "Unread" button 1 flick
to the right of it.
3b. When you are finished selecting items, double tap the "Move to" button that
is the 3rd of 4 buttons at the bottom of the screen. (The 4th button is
"Delete").
4. On the "Move to" screen, flick to the folder you wish to move your books to,
and double tap. If you need to create a new folder, navigate to the "Add"
button at the top of the screen, just right of the "Move To" screen heading,
and double tap.
4a. A new folder with the default name of "Folder" will be created at the end
of the list under "My Folders", and focus will be at the end of the text field
for that name with the on-screen keyboard enabled.
4b. Give the folder a new name, e.g. "Other Books", and double tap the "Done"
button in the bottom right corner to dismiss the keyboard.
4c. Double tap the "Done" button in the top right corner to leave folder
editing mode.
4d. Double tap the new folder you created to select it as the "Move to" folder.

You can also reorder or delete folders when you are in editing mode. The
"reorder" button is to the right of each folder entry. When focus is on this
button, do a double tap and hold anywhere on the screen. Without lifting you
finger from the screen, move the entry up or down to the position you want
before releasing. The "delete" switch button is to the left of each folder
entry. When you double tap "delete", focus will be on a "Confirm deletion"
button. To avoid deleting the entry, either flick left back to the "delete
switch" button and double tap it again to toggle it "off", or double tap the
"Done" button in the top right corner of the screen to exit editing mode
altogether.

HTH. Cheers,

Esther
