Linda, If i’m understanding you properly, you are using the ordinary space bar and not VOiceOver Space. The best way I can explain this is to say that you’re probably accidentally hitting the play button without actually selecting a song in the way a sighted person understands it. Hitting enter, for us, is the equivalent of double-clicking on a song for the sighted people. So if you hit enter you’ll play the right one, all the time.
