Hello Ian,

I think your experience with Read2Go may depend on the model of iPhone you are
using. I've found that Read2Go doesn't manage memory resources as well as some
other apps, and the performance you get reflects the processor you are using
for your device. I don't experience the audio clipping you mention using my
iPhone 5 in Read2Go, although I notice that if I stop reading and navigate away
from the audio Daisy file, it is sluggish to restart. I haven't been doing a
lot of reading of audio DAISY books in this app, though. I think that your
iPhone may be a 4S?

Voice Dream Reader recently added support for audio DAISY books. Again, it may
be more helpful to hear another user's comments on this, since I haven't made a
lot of use of this feature yet. However, I do find the interface of Voice
Dream Reader generally more responsive. It would probably be helpful for users
to identify which model iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad they use with these apps
when they report their experience. There may also be some dependencies on the
length of the book, and your settings.

Here's a recent (November 16, 2013) review of Voice Dream Reader that might
help you:

Hope that link doesn't wrap.

Cheers,
