Although Draft view is good to work in to write initial drafts, Page view is important when finalising your draft and formatting etcetera. Without Page view, you can't tell at what point text is wrapping to a new line or changing pages, and this can make it hard to eliminate formatting anomalies which make a document less appealing to sighted readers.
