Hello,
does anyone have any tips on the best way to read iBooks under Mac OS 10.9.1
using VoiceOver? Are any of the iBook preferences especially suitable for
reading with VoiceOver?

I can locate and open books OK and can move to and read next and prior pages
and chapters.

But I have not yet worked out how to do the following:

- Stop reading now, turn off my iMac, start my iMac tomorrow and carry on
reading from where I left off.

- Stop reading now, go to the overall table of contents, and start reading
somewhere else. When I press Command+T to get to the table of contents it seems
to be a mini-table just for the current chapter rather than the entire book. If
I try to interact with the table it goes away.

I also have iBooks on my iPhone 3GS under IOS 6 latest version. I would like to
be able to stop reading now on my iMac and later go to my iPhone and start
reading where I left off on my iMac (and vice versa). I understand that this is
possible but it is not yet obvious how to do it.

Many thanks for any tips.
