Hi George,

I don't usually move windows, but can't you just bring up VoiceOver help (VO-h- 
h), select "Size and Position", and then view the shortcuts?  For example, use 
VO-accent (where the accent key is to the left of "1", on the top row of 
numbers) to start moving, then VO-Down arrow to the position you want, and 
press escape to leave moving mode.  There are also shortcuts to resize, or to 
move by smaller amounts.
