I suggest that you remove the updater software from your computer. Then go
and download and install the new version. Once installed go to
http://mytalk.jawbone.com and log in. This should let you access the
updates.

Subject: Jawbone Updater

Hello all,

I have the Jawbone software installed for my Jambox. There is a new
version of the software. The updater will appear on screen, but there seems
to be no way to get to the updateer so it will update itself. If I left or
right click on it in the system tray, it does not update itself to the
newest vewrsion of the software. If I try and hit it from the start menu,
there seems to be no way to hit the updater, yet it sill is screaming for an
update of the software. How do ya get there?

Thanks in advance,

Brenda
